By creating an account or using arviXoR, you agree to these Terms of Service and to use the service in compliance with applicable laws. If you use arviXoR for an organization, you confirm that you have authority to accept these terms on its behalf.

You are responsible for the accuracy of account information, protecting login credentials, and activity that occurs through your account. Tell us promptly if you believe an account or workspace has been compromised.

You retain ownership of content and data you submit. You give arviXoR the limited permissions needed to host, process, transmit, and display that content to provide the service.

You are responsible for having the rights and permissions required for content sent to arviXoR, AI providers, or connected integrations. Third-party services remain subject to their own terms.

Paid features, usage limits, credits, and renewal details are shown at the time of purchase or in the billing area. You authorize the applicable payment provider to charge the selected plan according to those details.

We may suspend usage for overdue payments, fraud, abuse, or a material breach of these terms. Refunds are handled under our Refund Policy.

We may change, improve, or discontinue parts of the service. We work to keep arviXoR available, but the service is provided subject to maintenance, outages, third-party dependencies, and events outside our reasonable control.

To the extent permitted by law, arviXoR is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. AI-generated output and automation results may be incomplete or inaccurate and should be reviewed before you rely on them.

Nothing in these terms limits rights or liabilities that cannot legally be limited. Any remaining limitations will be applied to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.
